On May 18, 2017 at the national headquarter office in New York City, SCC will hold a CEP course on basic hair science. The instructor is Dr. Roger McMullen, principal scientist at Ashland Specialty Ingredients. This course will be beneficial to those interested in learning more about hair science and technology and how they relate to cosmetic scientists. After attending this course, attendees will be able to better understand the fine structure of hair and how it relates to its mechanical and surface properties.
